Modern Studio Near Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall

Good value for money, but they can improve a few details Positive: The position is pretty good, about 10min walk to Dubai mall, but about 20 min walk to the metro station. That can be a lot especially if you’re tired after a long day, for this reason we have used taxis quite a bit. The pool is temperature controlled which is absolutely amazing, you can swim at any time between 7am-10pm, lifeguard on duty. Also because the pool is between the buildings you have sun and shadow most of the day, so you are never too hot. There is 24/7 supermarket across the street and a very nice coffee shop 2min away. The host was helpful, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, before going to sleep we spent some time here every night. The pictures attached: one is the view from the balcony, floor 26, and second from the pool. Negative: Things can definitely be improved. For instance, initially they only left us one towel for the shower, one for the hands and one to put on the ground while we were 2 people, we contacted them and we got 2 more. They left us one 30ml shower gel also for 2 people:) we ended up buying some from store. I needed a hair dryer, they didn’t have one in the room, but they ordered it and when we came back that day it was left by the door. That was very well done from their side. These are all small details but I just want people to be aware. The one thing that really bothered me was the bed making sounds each time my partner and I moved around, which was disturbing during the night as I am a light sleeper. The fridge was not working, they tried to send me a mechanic but they were coming only when we were out:) and they didn’t have a spare key apparently. Unless I want to stay in this area specifically I don’t thing I would like to come back considering I can spend the same money in Dubai Marina, stay at a hotel with breakfast included and 5-10min walk to the beach.

Positive: The location is very good, apartment was as expected clean and enough spacious for a studio. The pool is temperature controlled and very nice for morning swims, also suitable for kids. The host was accommodating and available in case of concerns. Just make sure that all access cards are resolved right away during check-in.

Great stay in a very central and downton location! Positive: Very reactive and considerate host! Always available and answering in minutes on WhatsApp, never saw that before! Best service Negative: Could have been a bit cleaner(floor, microwave,…), the vacuum cleaner was not really working anymore, more towels and toilet paper from the get go (although host delivered them fast:))

Schönes Apartment in top Lage. Positive: Schönes Apartment in guter Lage. Dubai Mall ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Check in hat gut funktioniert. Negative: Für 2 Personen könnten etwas mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einen Probe-Feueralarm. Eine vorherige Info dazu wäre schön gewesen.
