Downtown Dubai 2 BED ROOM | Upper Crest Elegance

Absolutely terrible apartment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WON’T GET ANY OF IT BACK!! Positive: The location was good but that was all. Negative: The apartment was extremely dirty and did not have basic facilities that you would expect like toilet paper in each toilet, cooking utensils, cleaning products, adequate bedding. The taps were broken and wobbled around. The drapes didn’t open. The was a yucky musky smell. There was water on the floor in the powder room. The doona provided for the sofa bed had stains on it and no cover. There were no sheets provided for it. The key didn’t work and we had to go back down to reception to get it re-activated. The apartment was not maintained at all. We arrived early morning so had to pay for the night before. All we wanted to do was get to the apartment and have a rest. We were so angry to see the state it was in and couldn’t even feel comfortable to sleep. I made a formal complaint to the host and asked for some of my money back but they have ignored my request. I would DEFINITELY NOT book this apartment. It is disgusting and we couldn’t wait to get out of it

Positive: المكان كبير. الاثاث يعتبر جديد و مكانه جدا ممتاز قريب من دبي مول 5 دقايق مشي Negative: المفارش للاسره غير نظيفة و ترتيبها غير جيد لا يوجد خدمه تنظيف غرف الا بالحجز

Positive: موقع المكان جدا مثالي يبعد عن دبي مول دقيقتين وتحت فيه صيدليه وسوبرماركت والخدمات كويسه وكل شي واضح Negative: النظافه سيئه تمنين يكون انظف على المكان والموقع
